Appointments

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your  next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

If you are running late we will do our best to make it work, but please keep in mind that if you are too far behind, rescheduling is ideal. Please call the salon if you feel that you will be late or have to reschedule.  


Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you please give at least 24 hours notice.

For services that exceed 2 hours we request at least 72 hours notice. For some services a deposit, or card on file is required. 

There is a $50.00 fee for missing an appointment without notice.  


Consultations and Deposits 

First time color/dreadlock clients  will be required to first book a consultation before scheduling a service, at the time of consultation a $50.00 deposit is required to secure your appointment and our time. 

For existing clients, expect an invoice soon after scheduling to retrieve a $30.00 deposit to secure your appointment. 

If an invoice has not been sent and a no show occurs, a $50.00 no call/no show invoice will be sent.

Due to the increase of no shows and cancellations we are having to reinforce this policy. Thank you for your support and understanding. <3
